Artist statement:

In her work, Sanja Jureško explores themes of introspection interpreted through the metaphor of the sea. The painting "Izlaz" shows the sky seen from the perspective of the depth of the sea, and an object that floats on the surface of the sea symbolizes nostalgia, happiness or hope.
