Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using the Art life gallery d.o.o. online store. These Terms of Service apply to all use of the Art life gallery d.o.o. online store and to the Sales Agreements listed below.
Art life gallery d.o.o., registered in Zagreb, Šatorska 4, with a branch office in Zagreb, Ilica 148, OIB (tax ID): 92697024819, email: art@art-life-gallery.hr (hereinafter: Art life gallery d.o.o.). Information about artists and artworks can be found on the website art-life-gallery.hr.
Through the website art-life-gallery.hr you can purchase artworks by artists with whom Art life gallery d.o.o. cooperates. All prices are listed in euros. In the event of limited availability of a particular artwork, Art life gallery d.o.o. will notify the buyer. The contract is considered concluded after confirmation of the buyer's order and issuance of the invoice.
Art life gallery d.o.o. is liable for material defects of the sold artwork in accordance with the provisions of the Obligations Act. The buyer is obliged to notify Art life gallery d.o.o. of any visible defects without delay, and no later than two weeks from the date the defect was discovered.
In the case of a refund request due to a defect, damage, or other deficiencies of the artwork, Art life gallery d.o.o. may request the buyer to provide photographic evidence of the identified defects.
Art life gallery d.o.o. guarantees the authenticity of works with a certificate accompanying delivery.
When completing an order, the buyer provides the following data: first and last name, email address, home address, and phone number, giving consent for processing thereof for the purpose of fulfilling the contract in accordance with the Privacy Policy on our website.
Payment is possible by debit and credit cards. The obligation to pay arises after confirmation of the buyer's order by Art life gallery d.o.o.
Delivery is carried out by arrangement. Together with the purchased artwork, the buyer receives the necessary documents accompanying the artwork (certificate of authenticity, invoice, and confirmation of receipt of the shipment which the buyer is obliged to sign). Delivery times may be extended due to holidays or weather conditions; Art life gallery d.o.o. is not responsible for delays by the delivery service.
Each order is processed individually, depending on the type, size, and sensitivity of the artwork. The delivery method is arranged directly with the buyer to ensure safe and high-quality transport.

The buyer may also pick up the artwork in person at the Art life gallery d.o.o. point of sale at Ilica 148, Zagreb.
The buyer will be notified electronically when the artwork is ready for pickup. Art life gallery d.o.o. may request identification of the buyer upon pickup of the artwork.
The buyer may unilaterally terminate the sales contract within 14 days without stating reasons.
In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination of the sales contract, the buyer must notify Art life gallery d.o.o. of their decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the deadline expires, by means of an unambiguous statement sent by post, fax, or email, in which the buyer will state their first and last name, address, phone number, and email address. The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day the shipment was delivered to the buyer.
In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, the buyer is obliged to return the artwork at their own expense, exclusively in its original and undamaged packaging with all accompanying documents. The returned artwork must be in the same condition as when delivered to the buyer, without any damage or alterations. The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the artwork, using the same method of payment the buyer used for the original transaction. The buyer will not be entitled to a full refund if the returned artwork is damaged or altered in any way.
In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer may submit a written complaint by post to: Art life gallery d.o.o., Zagreb, Šatorska 4, or by email: art@art-life-gallery.hr.
Art life gallery d.o.o. will respond to written complaints within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
All intellectual property rights on the website or related to the website shall be the sole and exclusive property of Art life gallery d.o.o. and/or its Partners.
The buyer may only be a legally competent adult. Minors or fully legally incapacitated persons cannot independently purchase through the website; purchases on their behalf may be made by their legal representative.
Disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Zagreb. The consumer may always initiate proceedings before the court having jurisdiction over their place of residence.
Art life gallery d.o.o. may amend these terms with prior notice on the website.
