Excerpt from the text by Stanko Špoljarić
The core idea of Estera's painterly world grows from a realistic treatment of the figure which, in the actualization of the creative process, is "liberated" through the persuasiveness of a freer expressionist stylistics, "irradiated" by the flicker and eruption of the emotional. The painterly frames are designed with a dynamic balance, but also with a symmetrical arrangement across a range of perspectives. Views from above, openings toward the depths, the approaching of the foreground, concentrating on a fragment, emphasizing spatial breadth... Beauty, life, art are concepts of self-sufficient, magnificent meaning, simultaneously forming the strength of an unbreakable unity. They are woven with their naturalness and supernaturalness into the layers of well-known Latin maxims – “Ars longa, vita brevis” and the one directed toward the transcendental: “Ars longa, vita aeterna”.
