Artist statement:

This sculpture from the "Ballerinas" series depicts a figure in an elegant pose on the toes of one foot, with the other leg extended backward. The arms are raised above the head in a gesture reminiscent of a pirouette, captured in a moment of graceful balance. The clay, in a warm caramel tone, emphasizes the softness and vitality of the body, while the white stone block, set on an iron structure, gives the pedestal airiness and provides a visual contrast to the figure. The work combines the lightness of movement with architectural stability, maintaining the energy and rhythm characteristic of the series.
